Manual Application Instructions

Career Direction is always pleased to receive resumes from talented technology, medical, and administrative professionals. If you’d like us to add your name to our database for fast consideration when an appropriate opportunity arises, please follow the application instructions below.

1. Send an e-mail message to lisa@career-direction.com with your resume, preferably in Microsoft Word format, as an attachment. If you’re applying for a job posted on this page, specify the job title (including the Ref. ID) in the Subject field of your message.

2. You'll need to fill out our Employment Application Form.

• Click on the link above to download this Microsoft Word document.

• Save the file and either open it in Word or fill it in online in your browser.

• Fill in the gray areas of the form.

• Save and close the form when finished.

• From your e-mail program, create a message and attach the saved version of the form to the message and send it to lisa@career-direction.com.

• IMPORTANT -- Do not use the "Send Page By E-mail" option in Internet Explorer or we will receive a blank form.

If one of our clients believes you are appropriate for a position, we will meet with you in person. At that time, we will need a completed I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Form. By clicking the link above, you may download this form in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) format. You’ll need Acrobat Reader, which you can download for free from Adobe.

3. If you're applying for a consulting or staff position with Career Direction, you also can give us a completed W-4 form when you interview with us.
